The Alpha Pack
History :
When Project TWIG began, the Alpha Pack was first pack to form among the relocated wolves. It had been a prosperous group lead by mates Locke and Sun, but after a devastating attack from hunters, and then the disposal of a rebellious pack member, the family was reduced to only Locke and his two offspring, Chase and Karmi.
And so began a complex unraveling. The pack has since seen the leadership of Jetti, Locke's second mate, and then that of Fritz and Rue when Locke passed away to old age. When that rebellious pack member - Loni - showed up determined to avenge a complaint, Fritz was killed and Chase was forced to take up the alpha position.
He and Rue, though never mates, had to steer their pack through some of the hardest of times together. They suffered many loses...losses that eventually included their late beta male Deoto, and both Chase and Karmi. But after the storm comes the sun, as they say, and now Rue - along with her mate Wesk - lead a growing group of young wolves whom have found a home in the Alpha pack.
A new generation is taking shape, affirming the Alpha Pack's strong presense on Xanctsu Island.
